羅國森先生是位資深專欄作家及理財策劃顧問，羅先生畢業於香港大學，早年歷任亞洲電視、有線電視、信報及蘋果日報財經版記者及副採訪主任職位，後來加入香港經濟日報，擔任旗下雜誌《投資理財周刊》的執行編輯。
2005年，羅先生轉任財務策劃顧問的工作，並於2008年取得認可財務策劃師的專業資格（CFP）。2006年，羅先生出版第一本財務策劃專書《讓你富起來》，該書是香港財務策劃師學會第一本中文的理財教科書；後來再出版第二本財經書《逆市淘金》，到了去年底，再出版另一本退休理財策劃書：《理想·退優》，也大受歡迎。
現時羅先生仍為《經濟通》及《i money》等報刊撰寫專欄，並經常接受中港兩地傳媒訪問，分享投資理財方面的觀點。
