Ivy is the Past President and Council Member of the Society of Chinese Accountants & Auditors, a member of the SMP Leadership Panel and Disciplinary Committee of HKICPA. Ivy has over 20 years of experiences as a practicing accountant and is an expert in the full spectrum of auditing and HK taxation services. She has worked with clients on a number of major M&A, assisted clients to launch IPOs in HK and performed due diligence reviews for clients of varying industries and also advised on and led cases of internal control as well as debt restructing arrangement.
